Optimizing Electrochemical Solutions for High-Quality Industrial Water
Key parameter description
Electromagnetic transient: Real-time display of the water inlet of the electrochemical treatment device per hour.
Total electromagnetic flow: Record the total water inflow since the equipment is operated.
Water Inlet and outlet conductivity: untreated circulating water conductivity and electrochemical treatment circulating water conductivity.
Power supply voltage and current: The core parameter of the electrochemical treatment device. The device is a constant current output. The range is that the larger the current, the better the electrochemical descaling effect. The design current range of the device is 0~50A. It is recommended that the control current is 20~45A under the voltage ≤50V.

Operation status monitoring
When the screen displays "Auto", the device runs according to the preset program. If the operating status bar is red, it means the device is working hard; if it is green, it means the device is currently in standby state. Similarly, the indicator colors of functions such as stirring, power supply, water inlet, water outlet, and sewage discharge also follow this constant observation rule.
Cycle time and pollution discharge management
Cycle time setting: At fixed times, the device will automatically perform a series of operations, including turning off the power, inlet and outlet water, starting stirring to clean up the internal scale, then stop stirring and open the water and sewage valves to discharge the scale into a multi-stage precipitation tank. This interval can be adjusted by clicking the cycle time button.
Timed display: The timed starts from the end of the last stirring. When the time reaches the preset cycle time, the device will automatically start the next stirring and sewage discharge process.
Milling
Machine are typically also mild, so people do not experience
any aches.
Multi-stage precipitation and impurity retention
Scale is deposited step by step in multi-stage sedimentation tanks. Each stage of sedimentation tank is equipped with a discharge valve at the bottom, which can unload the water in each stage of sedimentation tank. At the end of the last stage of sedimentation tank, a drain valve is installed. Open the drain valve to discharge the circulating water and further intercept impurities such as scale through the filter to ensure that the circulating water quality meets the standards and then flow out of the entire electrochemical treatment device.
Automatic operation and data adjustment
In the automatic operation state, the device operates strictly according to preset data. If you need to adjust the data, just click the data setting button to enter the adjustment interface
